What forms of  payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, debit cards and most major credit cards. We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders.

What happens if you are out of stock of any particular item I have purchased?
We keep an extensive level of stock but from time to time we may be out of stock of an item. Should this happen, we will inform you by email or telephone and ask you to please confirm if you would wish to place the out of stock item/s on back order or that you would prefer a refund for the unavailable product/s.

How is my order shipped?
We ship most orders by the Royal Mail postal service both domestically and internationally. On occasions when large orders are placed we my use a reputable carrier service but you will be informed if this is the case.

Do you sell your products anywhere else?
