Refunds

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if found to be faulty in
manufacture. Please email our customer services department at
sales@artisanartshop.com with details and to arrange the return. On receipt 
of the item/s at our office a replacement or refund will be sent to the
customer. If the item/s has been returned faulty a payment will be made to
the customer to cover the return postage costs. We do not accept the return
of items that have been purchased and are not required.
