We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item/s will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Items will normally be dispatched within two working days following payment. However on some occasions items will not be able to be dispatched for a few days. If you require your item to be sent as soon as possible please email.

PLEASE NOTE:  With regard to the dispatch of your item/s sometimes items do get lost in the post. We regret that we can not replace or give refunds for any item/s lost in transit unless you have purchased optional postal insurance when we will be able to track the item (UK only).  If you do not wish to take out an optional insurance then this is your decision and if the item is lost in the post we cannot be held responsible for the non delivery of items by a third party i.e. The Royal Mail.  We advise that if you are at all concerned about the delivery of your purchase that you take out postal insurance.
