Making A Purchase Making. A purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any
 items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on
 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, cheques. If you are shopping from
 outside the United Kingdom payment may only be made by Credit Card or PayPal. We do not
 accept cheques, cash or money orders from international buyers.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.
 It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order,
 and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to
 protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced
 goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a 
change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Items will normally be dispatched within two working days following payment. However on some
 occasions items will not be able to be dispatched for a few days. If you require your item to be sent
 as soon as possible please email.

With regard to the dispatch of your item/s sometimes items do get lost in the post.  We can not
 replace or give refunds for any lost item/s unless you have purchased optional postal insurance
 when we will be able to track the item (UK only). 
If you do not wish to take out an optional insurance then this is your decision and if the item is lost
 in the post we cannot be held responsible for the non delivery of items by a third party i.e. The 
Royal Mail.  We strongly advise that if you are at all concerned about the delivery of your 
purchase that you take out postal insurance. Details of insurance costs can be 
obtained by contacting our sales department.  

We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your
 item please contact our customer services department who will be happy to help.

Privacy Policy The Artisan Art Shop does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other
 than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party
 will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
